Backed by an 8000 sq ft duplex carpentry factory with 46 employees, we have a large glass showroom of 1200 sq ft with $130,000 of renovation works that showcases individual mock ups for our clients to view.

Our Management Team

X'clusiv is founded by two business partners:

Kenrick Tham, who specialize in residential designing & conceptualization.
Kelvin Lee, who is dedicated to commercial and design.
The team has a total combined experience of 46 years in both Residential and Commercial projects.

Since its inception in early 2008 as a private limited company with a paid up capital of $140,000, X'clusiv has grown rapidly, enjoying a notable portfolio of projects in both the residential as well as commercial sector.
